Ghost Pipe is a verified touring DJ and musician whose music pulls from ancestral energy, shamanic tradition, and world music. When he needed artwork for his debut EP he reached out knowing my style would fit the vision. We had never worked in the same room, the whole project happened remotely, him on the East Coast, me in the St. Louis area but that didn't slow anything down.
We started with a long conversation about what the music meant to him and what he wanted people to feel when they saw the cover. From that I built the central image from scratch. The shaman figure, the fox headdress, the elk antlers, the glowing ghost pipe flower held in cupped hands, the misty forest fading behind him. Nothing was arbitrary. Every element came directly from something he described. The hand lettering for the title was drawn to feel like it grew out of the illustration rather than just sitting on top of it.
After a few rounds of revisions we adapted the artwork into multiple formats, the full poster version, a circular badge lockup for sticker production, and a clean version optimized for streaming platforms.
Integration is out now on Spotify and Apple Music worldwide. My name is in the credits. Ghost Pipe is a verified artist actively touring the East Coast with my artwork as his profile image and promotional visual across all platforms. He has already brought me back for the next project.
